Special Cleaning by Claudia is available to clean your home on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. We provide one-time cleaning services as well. Before the first cleaning is done, a Special Cleaning by Claudia manager will come to your home to provide a personalized estimate based on your house cleaning needs and budget. At that time, you will also be presented with proof of Special Cleaning by Claudia, bonding and references.

The total cleaning cost is dependant on the size, location and condition of your home, as well as the frequency of service requested.

Here is a brief summary of what we do:

• Floors:  Wash and/or vacuum throughout
• Kitchen:  Clean countertops and sink, dust and wipe appliances, spot-clean cabinet fronts and clean floors
• Bathrooms:  Clean sinks and mirrors, wash floor, scrub and wash tub and/or shower stall
• All Rooms:  Clean and dust baseboards, pictures, lamp-shades, knick knacks, windowsills, furniture, basic light fixtures and vacuum floors.
